A Word from Josh: This was our second consecutive year and third appearance overall at this event. It has quickly become one of my favorites, in part because it's pretty close to home. It's also a pretty sweet setting with our stage in a beer tent near the Silver Lining Amphitheater. This year the Amphitheater featured big name country artist Dustin Lynch who drew thousands of fans. Our show began as soon and his ended and we benefited from a big chunk of his crowd packing into our beer tent and rocking hard with us from the first notes until deep in the night. It was a lot like most Cherry Pie crowds plus a few cowboy hats. It's always great to have so much enthusiasm right from the beginning of a show. But, especially with the unusually late start time, we knew that we could lose major momentum if we were to take a break so, just like last year, we played one VERY long set until they literally would not let us play any more. I like to think that we squeezed every bit of fun out of an amazing evening. Hoping for the chance to do it again next year. -Josh Were you at this show? Would you like to comment on it? : "" |
