A Word from Josh: As we set up our equipment for this show I couldn't help remembering last year's event when we had to deal with extreme heat. That made us all the more grateful for the perfect weather that we were blessed with today. That was certainly one of the factors that translated into a very well-attended show. Once again Saint John the Evangelist drew a diverse crowd that included several children of various ages whom we were only too eager to corrupt with our loud music, long hair and tight pants. John took a moment during the show to deny rumors that the church was named after him. After all, he's not THAT old, right? Apparently the people at Saint John the Evangelist know what they like when they see it because, as has happened here before, we weren't even off the stage at the end of the show before they asked us to return next year. You've got yourself a deal! -Josh Were you at this show? Would you like to comment on it? Anonymous: "Does the church know that they will be getting a different band next year or did u forget to mention that part?!?!? Alll venues need to be aware of this minor detail. Don't ya think??? Just saying that lots of fans come out to see JOHN...bad move boys!!!!" |
