A Word from Josh: We've played at The Shack seven times before, but this was the first time that it wasn't for a charity event. Yes, it was just a "normal" show. Our good friend Lisa Mick who coordinates most of the charity events here said that she had a great time rocking out with The Pie worry-free without the obligations she usually has to deal with. Deer hunting is in full swing this week which meant an even more female-dominated crowd than usual... Sweet. Then perhaps it's ironic that Bachelorette Natasha, who tore it up with her friends all night, was joined at the bar by none other than her husband-to-be Aaron; not typical for a Bachelorette Party. The Shack is a spacious room with a great stage and we'd like to thank everybody who helped fill the space and participated in a fun night. We'll be back on February 2 for, you guessed it, a charity event. -Josh Were you at this show? Would you like to comment on it? Bittersweeteus: "Here it is "deer hunters widow weekend", a weekend for the women as their men go out and hunt the land for that award winning Buck. CherryPie was the entertainment for some of these women. CherryPie put on a show that was full of antics and definitely quite unique. Now John, who showed off his impressive brawn and let go of his wild and fun-loving side, certainly made it a memorable night I'm sure a lot of us won't forget. It sure was an interesting show and you guys put on a performance that is one for the books and gave us all plenty to talk about for many a day to come." Lora: "Great Job. Loved every song but I think the best moment was when the lead singer sang Every rose has it thorn. Very awesome job." |
