A Word from Josh:
This was new and different. The Horny Goat Brewing Company makes beer in Milwaukee. The Brewery site consists of several buildings which contain a series of pubs, a nice patio area and a volleyball dome. When we heard we'd be playing in the volleyball dome we were concerned about having to deal with a lot of sand. It turned out that the stage was far enough from the sand that this was not a problem. A volleyball tournament was taking place and the final games didn't conclude until after we started our show. When the volleyball was done, all the house lights finally went off and a kick ass rock concert was underway. Yeah, everybody kept saying how the overall layout of this show was weird, but people responded well to the setting and we drew a very large crowd. Many people were in the holiday spirit, especially Dawn Michalski who brought home-made Christmas treats for the band and Maribeth Walenga who came all the way from Illinois bearing Christmas cards and gifts for the band. Thank you very much ladies! Overall, a great show among great rock fans. The Horny Goat Hideaway has already invited us to return on March 17th which should be great. After all, where better than at a brewery to spend St Patrick's Day!? Until then, as John said at the end of the show, "Stay horny everybody!"     --Josh

VOICES FROM THE CROWD:
Were you at this show?
Would you like to comment on it?

Bittersweeteus:
"What an eccentric place located on a small marina. A brewery, bar, and restaurant, all rolled up in one. Located behind all this, was a huge tent that was somewhat heated, and where you can find the #1Milwaukee 80's rock coverband, CherryPie. CherryPie was well displayed on a large stage with t.v. screens behind them which gave everyone a larger view of this awesome band. CherryPie's sounds echoed through the tent to where we were all engulfed with their power of rock. And John, showed us a great time with his fun-filled antics and professional showmanship. The show turned out to be pretty good despite the somber ambiance that eminated from some of the fans."

Karen:
"You guys rock! Even though the Horny Goat had a "unique" set up, you put on a damn good show!! "
