A Word from Frankie: Well, Dave loves the Bears, so I'll start out with this... We all have our down falls in life! Go PACK! :) Back again to the enormous 115 Bourbon Street. The drive there was long... Like really long... Like 3 hours long... That's what happens when you miss turns. The EXCITEMENT level was HIGH, the crowd was crowd was shy, and with my new cape I could fly! Thanks to my sexy bitch pack! Our backwards speakers were rocking the walls, while the mains stood tall. The crowd noize imploded as MY performance exploded! The beer was chilled, and the fans were thrilled! This journal entry will be short, and all the Illinois ladies were looking sweet. So as MY treat, I say... FEEL my HEAT... Taking you higher, burn with me, heavens on FIRE! Thank you Illinois for a spectacular time! Hopefully we'll be back soon, and you won't have to wait in such a long line. Was it because we were playing or the Male Dancers?! AND, for all those who traveled from far away to eat some PIE, thanks for the love, I have a joyful tear in my eye. THANKS EVERYONE! LaterZ! --The Trash Were you at this show? Would you like to comment on it? andy and ali from chicago: "Great Show.. John, so good to see you back in Illinois!! We ALL wish you would play many more shows in Illinois!! Keep us all posted when you are sitting in with Arra again!!" Dana: "Awesome show as always boys, it was worth the trip from Menomonee Falls, WI!! I'll see you at Immaculate Heart in a few weeks... Rock On and Peace Out!!" cindy & laura: "Johnny, thanks for the gun show, many of us from Illinois really appreciated it! Some more than others! Frankie, loved your cape. You looked rockin' hot in it and oh yeah, the spider tie was hot too! Great show as always guys, come back to Illinois soon." Lisa Marie: "Great Show... and some of the absolute best originals I've ever heard! Where do I get my copy?? ;P" Deana: "So great to see you in the Chicago area!! John...your voice is a force to be reckoned with!!! LOVED the second original song you guys played. Hope to see you in Cheeseland soon :)" Jennie: "Wish I had made the trip but couldn't. Again thrilled to see "We All Die Young" on the set list. Will catch ya again on 5/24. Hope to hear it then. Frankie, I will bring my bike unless it rains. I would love to see your new cape, will it top your black boa?" Laura: "Great to see you guys once again. ALWAYS Have the best time. I wanted to comment on the original songs too and words can't express how much I enjoyed them. John, your amazing and I would love a copy of the second song too. Let me know if your going to record it, it was awesome. Can't wait to hang out again with you guys and Frankie, OMG your such a blast to watch on those drums......." Randa: "Thanks for making me feel special at my bachelorette party. You guys rock!" Mari & Debbie: "Sorry we couldn't make the show but we are going thru a sad time. We will see you asap. We all Die Young is a song to keep on the set list. How about a new song like Angels of Los Angeles, Motley Crue?" howard: "Odd night, but fun...It had to be a little frustrating to be there on a Friday in the small room, but we enjoyed the "What the Hell" show! We have to find a way to fill a few Illinois bars so you get better time slots and come down on a frickin SATURDAY! Anyhow...seems like a good time for a roadtrip!" |
