A Word from Josh:
I did a radio interview a couple of weeks ago and the DJ asked me about the hot chick in Warrant's "Cherry Pie" video. "Do women who look like that come to your shows?" he asked. "They sure do," I answered. Never was this fact more evident than at the Dry Bean Saloon Saturday night. I mean, you couldn't throw a dead cat in any direction without hitting a super-hot chick. And they don't come much hotter, or drunker, than our good buddy Jen who was celebrating her bachelorette party. John invited her on stage and explained to the packed house how Jen has been coming to Cherry Pie shows for a long time and how she met her boyfriend at a show and he even proposed to her at a show. In fact, we're also going to be with her on her wedding night, but that's another story. Another bachelorette Diana also joined us on stage and totally befuddled John when she explained that her fiancé had actually came out to the Dry Bean with her. "Huh!?" responded John. "Don't you know that when the bride is having her bachelorette party, the groom is supposed to be at a nudie bar!?" Ah, young people have so much to learn. Anyway, the show went well and the capacity crowd arrived early and stayed late. Overall, it ranks as one of our best Madison shows ever. We really appreciate all of the support and enthusiasm. However, I could do without all the dead cats flying all over the place.     --Josh

VOICES FROM THE CROWD:
Were you at this show?
Would you like to comment on it?

Diana:
"Thanks for allowing me to get on stage :)"

Jason:
"hey guys great night you guys rocked thanks for the great show!!!"

Jen:
"Ya know, I couldn't imagine a better place or greater people to bid my singlehood good bye with!! Thank you for getting my drunk ass on stage, thank you for the beads Dave and Shane, and thank you John, Josh, and Frankie for making the night VERY memorable!! Love you all!!!"

Linda:
"It was thrilling to see you guys after such a long time, and as usual you didn't disappoint. My only regret is that the throngs of people everywhere prevented me from getting close enough to say "Hi" - GREAT SHOW!! ROCK ON!!"

CJ:
"I was wondering what those furry flying carcasses were, and why we were getting hit by them?? :-) WOW! Was it just me, or did you guys sound better than ever? The look, the sound, the energy -- AMAZING!"

Bittersweeteus:
"Ladies and Gentlemen, welcome to the show. Come inside and move closer to the stage where CherryPie will rock you hard and rock you loud. Can I have your attention please, to John who is a feast for your eyes with his prestigious voice and hottest moves that leave you begging for more. After the show is over check to see if you're breathing from what you seen because seeing is believing. There's just one question you need to ask yourself about 80's rock'n'roll, it's that, Do you want it! Do you need it!"
