A Word from Josh:
The fortune of Mother Nature actually turned in our favor this weekend. We didn't play last night and it's a good thing. A snow storm that came through yesterday morning left people in the entire Milwaukee area skittish to drive anywhere. Attendance at all the clubs were way down. Tonight there were no such issues and we enjoyed another successful show at Kelly's II. Although, early on I was having trouble getting my brain squared away to the task at hand. During the first set I made a handful of unusually egregious mental errors. It's times like those when I'm glad that John is almost always on top of his game and people really don't pay much attention to the rest of the band anyway. During the second set we helped celebrate a bachelor party and the birthdays of several people, most of whom were men. That was kind of a switch for us. John emplored the crowd with a chant of "Estrogen!!! Estrogen!!!" The excessive testosterone continued to flow a bit later on when we welcomed two singers from the band Sonic Rush to the stage. They did a couple of awesome guest performances of a couple of our best songs. Overall, a fun night. But, then again, what did you expect?     --Josh

"Hey,It's Chris from Sonic-Rush. I just wanted to thank you guys for a great time Saturday night. I enjoyed getting up there with you guys and singing Rebel Yell. Kelly's seems like a great place to play, I hope we get the chance real soon. You CP fans sure know how to party. I felt like it was the 80's all over again. Rock On!!"

Bittersweeteus:
"Ah, the winter weather. Wind, snow, freezing temps., and the only way I know to keep those elements away, is, to spend an evening with CherryPie. Their performance takes the chill out of your bones and warms up your blood to a heart-stopping rate. Then there's John, who prevails in what he sets out to get and wearing his Slayer shirt that reveals his strong aggressive attitude, was very intriguing and entertained the fans with his great showmanship. The evening had some Hysteria in it, but it was enough to make it a evocative and outstanding night."

Loreen and Debbie:
"ANOTHER awesome night with the Pie! Had a great time shakin our shit!! Nice eye candy, too!! Rock On!"

ml:
