Tonight's activities got started with an extended soundcheck that served as a rehearsal for some new additions to the show. We brought back three songs from our past that we had never played with Andy: "Why Can't This Be Love", "Every Rose Has Its Thorn" and "Wait"; plus we added another song that was new to all of us: "Kyrie" by Mister Mister. All of these songs came together very well and brought a sense of productive energy to the evening's performance. After the soundcheck I drove over to J's Pub & Grill for a quick pre-show meal. Kase and I had played a small show there back in 2013 and owner Jayson Pettit invited us over for some grub while we're in town. We were very pleased to play for a very strong crowd tonight, our biggest so far in this room. I think we gave them a pretty good show which included our light show which looks particularly good when working with such a high ceiling. Overall, a great night full of reasons to look forward to our next trip to Reedsburg.     --Josh
