A Word from Josh: 2018 has been very good to us so far and that trend continued tonight with an amazing butts-to-butts crowd at the Saloon on Calhoun. Not only was the room uncomfortably crowded, but the enthusiasm was off the charts led by a large "girls night out" party that carried on with reckless abandon near the stage for most of the night. However, there was one prominent absence from the crowd. My wife Tammy had every intention of coming out tonight and partying with the rest of us (she is very good at that) but unfortunately she was hospitalized this afternoon with an irregular and accelerated heartbeat. I guess the excitement in anticipation of tonight's show was too much for her. Many of you know that she had open heart surgery to repair her mitral valve 14 months ago and this seems to be related to that. It's the first complication she has had in several months and doctors assure us that this type of thing is more annoying than dangerous. We fully expect her to be back in her "Happy Place" (sipping a Jack N'Coke at a Pie show) very soon. -Josh Were you at this show? Would you like to comment on it? Long Shoreman: "Good show and very crowded- had a good time despite getting coats drenched by a drink due to someone else losing their balance and falling on our table. Hope to see you guys again!" Dwight: "LOVED THE SHOW!!! But with sooo many fans you need a bigger venue. Lol" Cassey: "Had a blast!! Great show! Extremely crowded but that's what I expect a Pie crowd to look like. The staff at Saloon did a great job with the many people. Good times!!" Cindi: "Great Time, Guys You Done Well., WAIT....You Were Awesome!! Looking Forward To The Festivals, State Fair Etc Etc" |
