A Word from Josh:
Well-known 80s icon Jon Bon Jovi once asked, "Who says you can't go home?" Well, tonight felt a bit like coming home. Kelly's Bleachers II was a big part of our regular club rotation going all the way back to our earliest days as a band. Between 1999 and 2010 we played here 41 times. But then the club closed its doors and seemed to be literally left to rot for a couple years. Then, original owner Kelly Vecitis re-aquired the property, fixed it up and re-opened it. Coming back after such a long time, I'm struck by how much it has improved, but without losing its original feel. Nicely done. So, next we were left to wonder if we could recapture the magic from those days and draw a good crowd tonight. Fortunately, at least to some degree, the answer tonight was YES. A very strong crowd welcomed us back and we had a good show. It's great to have this big ol'place back in our rotation and we look forward to returning here on February 20.     --Josh
