| A Word from Josh: When writing about a Cherry Pie tradition as awesome and consistent as playing at the State Fair it's hard not to repeat myself from past Journal entries. Yes, we had a great time and played to an enormous crowd that swarmed the Bud Pavilion with rocking abandon that made us feel like rock stars, yadda yadda yadda. Well, it's all true and we couldn't be happier about being a part of so many people's good time on such a wonderful Summer night. I suppose it's inevitable that someday, perhaps many years from now, Cherry Pie will not play at the State Fair any more. Well, that day has not yet come, so until then we will live it up like it's 1985!! Thank you so much for the continued support and RAWK ON!! Mesmerized every time I watch him play. The band rocks!" Taylor: "There were a few very interesting individuals (to put it lightly) that came out of the woodwork during that show. But you're going to get people like that at such a big fair. A great time, nevertheless!" Mari & Debbie: "It has been a long while but we're always at this fair.
