A Word from Josh:
This was our 35th show on this particular stage in the band's history. That's far more than any other outdoor venue. We've had a lot of great times here with numerous State Fair shows as well as Wednesday Night Live performances and other events. Unfortunately today's show was not quite so memorable. Our performance was part of ARCA Fest which included a NASCAR event in the Milwaukee Mile and a concert by 38 Special following our show on the nearby Bank Mutual Amphitheater stage. This made for a price of admission that kept away many of our regular fans. Starting our set at 5:30 on a Monday didn't help much either. Only a couple dozen people were present as we played our first song. Another hundred or so people joined the intimate gathering by the end of our show and we all managed to have a good time. Afterwards we packed up our gear serenaded by the sounds of 38 Special who sounded great. The Bud Pavilion staff was wonderful as always and made us really look forward to our State Fair shows coming up on this same stage in August. 'See you then!     --Josh
