A Word from Josh: The formula at the Club Tavern is simple... 400 people in a space designed for 200, most of them drinking and many of them fighting for a view of the band... it all adds up to a freaky good time that is uniquely the Club Tavern. Yeah, this was a good show, complete with beautiful women strutting their stuff in the front row. I think we rocked it suitable to the occasion. Speaking of occasions, our next time in the Madison area will be on New Year's Eve when we'll be bringing the 80s Rock to the Badger Bowl. Definitely the place to be. --Josh Were you at this show? Would you like to comment on it? New Fan: "I have to say it was AWESOME! I wish Club Tavern had a better layout. Unless you are on the stage it is impossible to see from the bar - that would be my only complaint. Other than that - ROCK ON!!" Bittersweeteus: ""I Can't Explain" the ambiance in this venue. It's a mixture of many a thing that I can't seem to pin point, but one thing I am sure of, is that, CherryPie is one outstanding classic 80's rock coverband. They are the dealers of rocking sounds that provide a fix that can appease any kind of 80's rocker. And John, who has "The Looks that Kill" and one bad-ass attitude that can be so domineering at times, is ready and aimed at you to blow your mind with those 80's rock songs. This show was one jaw-dropping exhibition of rock and leaving you begging for me. And as you leave you ask yourself about those rocking sounds, "Do You Want It, Do You Need It?! Hell Yeah!!" |
