A Word from Josh:
Tim Quigley, The "TQ" of TQ Diamonds, hired us to play at this event to celebrate his company's 25th Anniversary in business. He had not seen us play before but acted on the word of his wife Kim who told him that we were awesome. As usual the wife was absolutely right. They invited hundreds of friends and customers to join the celebration that was not otherwise open to the public. They served great food and fine drink, all of which we were invited to indulge in (yay!). Tim originally wanted us to play outside on the beautiful patio at Sprecher's. However, to absolutely nobody's surprise, it was too cold to play out there so we moved it inside the restaurant. The conditions were not very "Pie-like" but we made it work thanks mostly to the hard work and creativity of our crew guys led by soundman extraordinaire Matt Wobst. Before the show the dining area near the "stage" was filled with a wide mix of people representing a wide age range. That didn't last long once we started playing as the seniors heading for higher ground and some of the younger set made their way in from the bar. From that point on we rocked it much like any other show and a great time was had by all. A few familiar faces did manage to attend and we made a lot of new friends. Thank you to Tim and his staff as well as Sprecher's manager Katie and her staff for making this such a fun gig for us.     --Josh
