A Word from Josh:
We played at the Mount Horeb Summer Frolic for the first time last year and it turned out to be one of the most exciting shows of the summer. We came in with high hopes for history repeating itself, especially as it became obvious that the weather would be perfect. Well, history did not disappoint as we enjoyed another hum-dinger of a night. Things got started with our friends Bob Rocks performing earlier in the evening and setting the tone with some great classic rock. Following their show we quickly set up our gear and played a twilight set up until time for the fireworks display. After the fireworks we returned to the stage for a monster set that had all the feel of a major concert. I don't know what it is about this event but there seems to be a bit more electricity in the air in Mount Horeb. They put a security barrier a couple feet in front of the stage and we enjoyed watching beautiful women pressed up against it all night, clamoring toward the band. It was the complete rock star experience and we were motivated to deliver a great show. Overall it was a spectacular night for us and we look forward to carrying that energy up the road to Verona next Saturday.     --Josh

VOICES FROM THE CROWD:
Were you at this show?
Would you like to comment on it?

Bittersweeteus:
"Two shows back to back. Now that's one huge piece of the PIE!! Both shows were held under the cool evening sky of the summer. Each one had their own unique style, but similar in rock. The guys put on performances the only they know how to, and that's, throwing those rock and roll vibes out at us with diligence and perfection. And then there's John, who's charming, witty, and very athletic, which was shown through the way he tossed that football, (great throwing arm, John, lots of strength behind it, very impressive!) warmed up both nights with his energy and how he went from one song to the next with zeal. Both shows were rocking hard and totally stoked, especially with the bringing back of Skid Row's song,18 and Life, which you guys did a fantastic job on it with so little practice. Plus, the new poster, t-shirt, dvd of backstage antics, and of course that styrofoam hand which portrays the rocker horns, and which is owned by CherryPie and no other band, are all well put together with thought and imagination."

Paula:
"OMG!!!!! Trash is rocking the sticks! I love it!!!! :)"
