A Word from Josh:
So far in 2012 the Madison area has been as supportive of The Pie as ever. And when you take away the cover charge, it's not hard to predict a night that is off tha'hook! Such was the case tonight. Indeed, the Club Tavern somehow manages to pay us handsomely (natch') and yet does not charge a cover at the door. How do they do this? Drug dealing? Ponzi scheme? Bake sale? We have no idea, but it sure does make for a fun time. It's always great to see so many familiar faces mixed in with so many unfamiliar ones, all having a great time. Late in the show some people close to the stage were having such a good time it was making us blush (we blush on the inside). We really appreciate all that enthusiasm and we hope it continues. We have one more indoor show in Madison (May 12) and then we play a series of festival shows in the area starting with Brat Fest on Memorial Day. You keep the love coming and we'll keep the music coming. Deal?     -Josh

VOICES FROM THE CROWD:

Bittersweeteus:
"Wow I actually got to see this show in a whole new perspective and you know, it was really a lot of fun! I had a great time partying and rocking to these hard rockers of Southern Wisconsin. They sure do know how to rock our world with the way they express the riffs of each and every song they play. And John, who has the right moves and displays, very well, his intoxicating charisma, kept us all intrigued and feeling part of the band. You guys are great performers and as John put it, "they don't need an award to prove that they are an outstanding coverband". And it rings true because they themselves have rocked us for many years and they have the fans to prove that they are one strong 80's classic rock coverband that keeps Rock strong, hard, and loud in our lives!"
