A Word from Frankie:
It’s raining! There must be a Cherry Pie show going on somewhere in the nation. We've played Rooters now about one hundred million zillion times, and you know what... It kicks ass every single time! I love Bill and his entire staff. Everyone there is super cool. Do I get brownie points for kissing the chocolate star? Seriously though, killer venue, awesome employees! The crowd was very tame and polite in the early goings. It was only a matter of time before the infectious sounds of 80’s hair rock invaded the souls of everyone in the building. By mid set, and a few beers later I might add, each head bangers inner animal had come to life. I said head and banger in the same sentence! Ha Ha! In basketball terms that would go something like this... He shoots, he scores! Word on the street was Vince Vetter was going to make a guest appearance, but due to travel complications, loser, he wasn’t able to make it. I always thought he over played anyways... lots of meaningless notes if you know what I mean. Luckily Mr. Awesome, Kevin DeRockett, was in the building. He blew the smack outta the harmonica as we tore through one of The Trashes favorites, Smokin’ in the Boys Room. Nice job Kevin... Insert blowing joke here. :) Thanks to everyone for coming out, especially those who stayed till the end. Rocking, a long with a night of drinking is not always an easy task, but it’s essential to keeping your ROCK status. Until next time...     Driver out!

"Diary of a Roadie"
By Kevin
EA lovely mid-April day of complete overcast, bone-chilling wind, and heavy rain. There must be a Pie show tonight... Let's Roll... [more]
