A Word from Josh: Over the past six years we've had a lot of awesome wild and crazy nights at BuBs Irish Pub. Tonight was not one of them. Perhaps it was the excitement of the big Badger victory over Ohio State but, for the most part, tonight's crowd was not dialed in to what we were doing. Perhaps we're a bit spoiled (actually, I KNOW that we're spoiled) because our crowds are usually big and loud, so it's important to remember that a weak Cherry Pie gig is still a pretty darn good time, just sometimes on a smaller scale. Well, we won't be playing in the Milwaukee area again for several weeks, so hopefully by the time we come back we'll all share in some pent-up enthusiasm for all things 80s Rock. See you then. -Josh Were you at this show? Would you like to comment on it? TT Boy: "That was the weakest crowd I have ever seen at a Pie show...you guys still rocked the house though!" Bittersweeteus: "Whether it's outside under the stars or in an Irish venue, CherryPie puts on a great show. Their performance is always awesome and entertaining. And John, who, at times, is high on life and boasts that free spirit of his, was full of spunk and vigor as he entertained us with his fun-loving antics and showed us nothing but a good time. I really enjoyed each show and watching these guys do what they do best, and that's, rocking us and having fun while they do it." |
