A Word from Josh:
Heading to the State Fair a few days after taking my family to Wisconsin Dells has me in full Summer mode. Today I arrived at the Fair early and enjoyed the sights, sounds and smells of this iconic event featuring a variety of farm animals, games, bands and all kinds of food on a stick. Manly rockers Johnny Wad took the stage before us and set the tone for the evening with some monster 80s covers of their own. The equipment change-over went smoothly and we launched into our first set with the power and majesty suitable for the occasion. John had actually injured his back earlier in the day. Fortunately we rockers are always doing lots of drugs so John was able to prowl the stage with his usual vigor to the delight of the massive crowd. State Fair crowds always foster a unique blend of family fun and wonton debauchery enabling the overall sense of an epic rock show. Of course, we thrive on that. This was only Part One of the Cherry Pie State Fair 2010 Experience. We're bring the Rock again next Saturday (August 14) for what promises to be a party like no other.     --Josh

Thank you Frankie, John and Josh for making her feel welcome. Thanks for the pictures that you took with her. She wanted to come last Sat. but it would have been to much walking for her. I bet she is your oldest fan. She will be 85 on Sept. 3. You guys won her over. She loved both shows that she attended. She made me promise that when she comes back up that I take her to see ya'll. Have a great weekend and a great show. See you guys soon."
