A Word from Josh:
It's Easter weekend which made playing this show somewhat difficult for us because of family plans both today and tomorrow. So we totally understand why some of our die-hard regulars weren't able to attend this show. Still, we enjoyed seeing many familiar faces along with a healthy dose of people new to the Pie experience. And the Brat Stop has an awesome stage which pretty much ensures a spirited performance from the band no matter who's there to see it. Once again, the staff treated us great and really made us feel at home. The dance floor stayed full throughout the night and there was certainly no shortage of beautiful women. At the end of the night we packed up extra quick so that we could get home ahead of the Easter Bunny. Happy Easter everybody!     --Josh

VOICES FROM THE CROWD:
Were you at this show?
Would you like to comment on it?

Howard:
"Easter weekend Saturday...a rough night in the bar industry, hard to anticipate whether evryone will be overserved at the family's house, or out and ready to party. Add in a Cubs/Brewers game up the road a bit, and you really don't know what to expect. The band, however, didn't let any of that bother them, as they put on one of their better shows, in my opinion. If Illinois ever finishes 94, that will make the ride much more inviting, but I took the challenge and had a great time hangin out with friends. Missed some I expected to see, but saw others I never expected! Thanks, guys, for the fun holiday saturday! See you somewhere, soon!"

Fan:
"Awesome show guys ! And I must say 'Kiss me Deadly' sounds great! And the confetti mess you made wow..hate to clean that up :) Lov ya guys"

Kenny:
"Cherry Pie Rocks! You guys put on a great show at The Brat Stop. Take Care & Keep On Rockn'!"

Jennie:
"Thanks for rockin' with me my Easter weekend! Easter bunny brought me "little hangover" the next morning but its all good!! Love my Pie guys!"

Bittersweeteus:
"Now this was a show of shows! CherryPie took the stage and never gave it up until the end. Their performance was electrifying as they played their instruments with such intensity it's as if the instruments were on fire and hard to handle. And John, whose "Looks Could Kill", was spry and full of fun-filled entertainment. I was really impressed and intrigued by things I saw throughout the evening. Plus, it felt great to get the heart pumping and the adrenaline flowing as I rocked out to a band, CherryPie, who will always be NUMBER ONE in my book of heavy metal coverbands."

Debbie & Gary:
"We had a great time rocking out with our Cherry Pie Family. It was a great show. Looking forward to seeing you at Rooters on May 15."
