BuBs is a great room and we always have a great time, especially with a big crowd like tonight. It was the great vibe that helped keep me on my game as I played with one foot out the door. After the show I had to head straight to the airport to catch a flight to Jamaica for a dream vacation. I'd really like to thank our reliable roadie Colleen for packing up all my gear so that I could leave so quickly. In over 400 shows with this band, I had never done that before. Anyway, it was a pretty great show and a lot of people had a great time. Maybe some people had too much fun, especially the guy who tried to stage dive. It was fortunate that nobody got hurt. Please folks, NO STAGE-DIVING. As usual, there was no shortage of beautiful women in the crowd... yeah, that's cool... we like beautiful women (News Flash!!!). We hope you all keep coming back for more Pie. --Josh Were you at this show? Would you like to comment on it? Bittersweeteus: "I guess it was inevitable that summer was going to leave us and that the coldness of the air was going to take over. I guess it's true what they say that all good things come to an end. I could see that CherryPie survived their long excursion and it didn't, in anyway, effect their performance. They put on one kick-ass show with non-stop hard rocking songs. Along with the show comes it's fantasy side. And it never seems to amaze me how some people, no matter who you are, can't seem to differentiate between reality and fantasy and try to see what they can get away with when their inhibitions are set free. Once the show was over, it was time for all of us to step back into the reality of life and take that drive home sweet home to whomever may be waiting for us." Jakkqui: "I'm glad the stage diving was mentioned. However someone did get hurt. My friend was knocked over by the goof who did that." |
