A Word from Josh: Compared to last night's "broom closet" Kelly's has almost an arena-like feel and it's always nice to play on their luxuriously wide stage. Add to that JC's killer light show and about 400 of our closest friends and you've got yourself quite a rock show. The crowd was wild, crazy and loud and the front row gropers were in full force. Tonight we helped people celebrate everything from birthdays and anniversaries to engagements and divorces. One special dedication went out to our frequent photo contributor Greg and his new bride Jeanine who got married two weeks ago. They originally met at a Cherry Pie show back in 2004. It's been more than two months since we played two nights in a row. It's good to know that our "seasoned" bodies can still handle it. The music flowed like wine and it appeared that everybody was having a great time. I know I was! --Josh Were you at this show? Would you like to comment on it? Jeanine Godina: "We had a WONDERFUL night!!!Thank you for everything!!!You guys are the"BEST"!!!!!" Candy: "hey guys. rockin show!! had a blast....again!!" Jennie: "Great time as always. 4th time seen you this year, will be there again on 11/24. Happy to see Shane got his stuff back together on the 2nd set. Missed his smile. Josh good save on the guitar cord when it fell out. I almost grabbed it for you. I love head banging with John. Good times." Courtney: "You guys had a kick ass show like always. Can't wait to see ya again!" Bittersweeteus: "The night had a serene feel to it but it felt as though it was missing something. Once CherryPie started to play, they seemed to fill that void. They livened up the evening with their superb performance. And John, who is a real sweetheart, has a body that represents his strength and the most appealing attitude, knows how to bring out the rowdiness of the crowd. The evening turned out to be both intriguing and inspiring!!" Debbie & Gary: "What an awsome show as always. We always have a wonderful time at your shows. It gives us time just to unwind and enjoy life with great friends. You guys really know how to have a great time. See ya soon." |
