A Word from Josh:
Of course the big story tonight was the snow... lots of snow and lots of wind blowing it around. With today's modern weather forecasting, we had friends letting us know that they were staying home several days before the show. Certainly we, and the management at Rooters, considered canceling the gig, as was happening at many other venues. I don't know if it was commitment to the music, courage or stupidity; but, in the end, the decision was made to go on with the show. We arrived early, well before the storm. We set everything up and actually rehearsed some new material. The doors opened at 8 pm and about 10 people came in right away. About an hour later that number was up to about a dozen. Mentally, we were preparing ourselves for a very intimate performance. It was almost 10 pm before we headed down the hall through the bowling ally and to the stage. There, we were pleasantly surprised to be greeted by more than a hundred hearty rockers who proved to be just as crazy as we are. In fact, some of them were downright insane, coming from as far away and Whitewater, Oshkosh and Ripon to catch the show. As Mother Nature stirred things up outside we were whipping up a frenzy of our own. The show went pretty well and low expectations helped make us happy with the relatively sparse crowd. We really appreciate everybody who risked life and limb to come rock with the PIE. I hope you all got home safe.     --Josh

Motus:
"As usual, the show didn't disappoint and left us feeling pumped! Thanks for not cancelling on your most loyal fans!! Unfortunatly I was number 31 through the door for the free beer, but oh well."

SLK:
"I also would like to thank you guys for not puss baggin it cause of the snow ! You ROCK and thanks for another killer show !"

BINKS:
"The two hour drive was totally worth it! As always a great show. Shows how much they care about their fans to play 100% with the small crowd! Keep Rockin!"

Hoss:
"Once again excellent show. Yes the weather put a damper on how much fun we could have but none the less it was a great time. I alway enjoy hearing the new material. We arrived in the Rooters parking lot and finished our "dinner", at which time I decied to check the web site to ensure that the show would go on, and right there at the top of the page was the offer for the first 30 to get VIP. "BLASTADUKE" and I were numbers 29 and 30, and our buddy "MOTUS" was number 31. We enjoyed the free beers from the balcony as we watched #31 sitting alone on the floor. It was a nice surprise and well received by all of the first 30. Anyway just wanted to say I was glad that "The Pie" didnt let us down on a snowy evening show."
