A Word from Josh:
In a sharp contrast to last week's Madison show, tonight showed signs of "market over-saturation" having played in the area many many times in the last few months. This manifested itself in a mediocre turn-out on paper. But, as they say, you don't play gigs on paper. In fact, our first set was pretty exciting as we rocked out with over 200 of our closest friends highlighted by a wild birthday party in the VIP section for Keith who set the standard for alcohol consumption for others to aspire to. But, in the process, we may have shot our load prematurely. The first set ended after midnight and some in attendance seemed to think that the show was over at that point. We returned to the stage for our second set in front of a depleted crowd of only the most die-hard fans. Well, that certainly will not be the case when we return to Rooters for the traditional Cherry Pie New Year's Eve Extravaganza. 'Looking forward to it.     --Josh

VOICES FROM THE CROWD:
Were you at this show?
Would you like to comment on it?

leah:
"the show was great. had a good time"

Yvonne:
"Great show, but what happened to your guys hair?"

Bittersweeteus:
"Rooter's has been a strong venue for CherryPie and it was evident by the endless stream of people that were coming through the entrance to the bar. The CP guys performance was way beyond their professionalism. The crowd was receptive and rockn' hard. John, showing off his fantastic physique and irresistible charisma, had the attitude that he finally won the prize that he set out to get from the beginning of the night. Yeah, the place thinned out, but thanks to the great atmosphere that the band produced and the two new impressive songs, the night was a great one! Keep on rockn', guys!!"
