A Word from Josh:
Wow, what a remarkable night. This was our Milwaukee-area "coming out" party following a long lay-off. The show featured a lot of new material, a new logo, new merchandise and, overall, that oh-so-fresh feeling. It was everything we could have hoped for. Now I finally know what it's like to have a party and EVERYBODY comes! Before the show I headed out toward the dressing room and saw the line to get in going up the stairs and around the corner. "What," I thought. "Are The Boogiemen playing tonight?" No, it's Cherry Pie! Jazzed by the packed house and the presence of 97.3 FM "The Brew" as well as the Cutty Girls (in their dancing cage), we hit the stage eager to please. The energy level was off the charts. It helped that our light show was recently improved and looked as hot as it felt. Speaking of "coming out", John's latest image update included a pair of leather gloves. We debuted five songs (in addition to the 12 songs that we debuted last week) including "Paradise City" which seemed to tear the roof off of the place to finish the first set. We celebrated some birthdays including those of long time loyal fans Brandi and Tammy. Late in the show our stage tech Pat got into the act, threatening to upstage us with his buns of steel. That was a sight that John never wants to see again. Well, what else can I say? It was a night where everything just went right from start to finish. Coming off of our most successful Summer ever, we couldn't have imagined that this indoor show would actually outshine many of our festival gigs. Thank you to everybody who contributed to the magic. We'll see you again soon.    --Josh

Suzie:
"Holy shit was that a great show! I am amazed at how awesome you guys are! I feel like I'm back in 1985! Can't wait to see you guys again!"

Brandi:
"You guys rock!!!"

Jewelz:
"Great show guys. Loved the new flaming lights, new banner, fliers, merchandise and can't forget about Shane's new pants..they were kick ass. And as always a great time with lots of friends (Jody, Poison, Kat, Dawn, and the night even brought out some faces we haven't seen in a while Billy and Damion!) See ya all soon!"

Jlynn:
"Wow! What can I say!? what a night. The new song selection was great! You all sounded and looked awesome. Looking forward to seeing you all again. I think I'm getting withdrawls already. Keep Rockin! love the gloves... have to say i really enjoy the Alice Cooper song "Poison" It rocks! :-)"

Bittersweeteus:
"This was one kick-ass show! The atmosphere was wild, the people were so restless, that they couldn't contain themselves to one area. The stage was fabulous with the new logo and especially the flames which intensified the heat and the energy of the band. John was scorching hot with his all black outfit and gloves, which showed off his flaming form. And not to mention, he still hasn't lost his persona of a rock'n'roll clown. This night proved, that, making changes means you have to take risks, but in the end it has it's rewards."

Vince Vetter:
"Rockin' Show guys. Really, probably the best I've seen you guys do. The lights, the banner, the tightness of the songs...all great. Must say that Paradise City was a long awaited treat...and Jackyl is a great addition. Keep it hard, Keep It Fast...cuz that's the way we like it!"

Glenda:
"I was going through Cherry Pie withdrawl, last time I saw you guys was at the WI State Fair. But, you sure made up for my desire to see Cherry Pie. WHAT A AWESOME SHOW!!! It was the best you ever sounded. The new look, music, clothes, and sound is incredible, I love it all. Especially John's new pants, Does X mark the spot? If so, what the treasure?? I look forward to seeing you guys soon."

Teripie:
"What A nite to bring my friend to that hasn't seen CP. since Brat Days!CP. I must say that during your break you must have been working overtime! Love the new look/songs. (hoping to get my hands on one of those posters yet!) Tammy again Happy Birthday! Kittykat thanks for the shot! CP. is the best and their fans!"
