| A Word from Josh: My parched lawn was glad to finally get a full weekend of rain and we were glad to be playing indoors at Rooters where a great crowd sought shelter from the elements and caught a pretty good rock show. We had a couple birthdays to celebrate and a really cool bachelorette party to exploit. I've always said that we are the best band for bachelorette parties. John brought tonight's bride-to-be Tina, decked out in glowing penis horns and a condom necklace, on stage where he conducted his traditional pre-nuptual "interview". "So, where is your beloved future husband tonight?" he asked. "He's at home," she responded. "Boy, are YOU naive," jabbed John to the amusement of the crowd. Yeah, between us and her friends, Tina was thoroughly humiliated all night. Toward the end she thanked us for treating her so nice (go figure). We were grateful to have the opportunity. There was also a lot of excitement generated by the birthday girls Lisa, who came down from Fond du Lac for the show, and Julie "Jewelz", who got quite a rise out of the crowd with her scandalously short skirt which proved completely inadequate in covering her hind assets as John applied the traditional Cherry Pie bumper sticker. In general, fun-loving gals were out in full force. Dan, our lovable young roadie, was getting a lot of attention from the ladies, but he didn't let that affect his job performance. You put on a professional show yet are still friendly and socialable with your fans in the audience! Can't wait until the next show! I'm glad I was able to celebrate w/ you and some of my closests Friends!!! And thanks again for playing my B-day requests...you guys are the BEST!!!" Marcia: "This is my 3rd time seeing you guys and you just get better each time- I'm hooked !! John, you have an amazing voice- thanks for the dance!!" Bittersweeteus: "John, the songs you chose for the night were excellent! Talk about heart-pumping, blood-rushing, kick-ass songs. The band jumped into the night like they meant business and wanted to tear the roof off! John, your moves and energy flowed into the crowd and kept them going and wanting more. Even the encore song was great!" Teri: "After A long week I love dancing the night away with CP.Hot show plus Hot guys in a band!!!I really get my money"s worth!!!Glad CP. will be coming to Oconomowoc in my backyard.Shane keep smile"n.
