A Word from Josh: Normally, we try to hit the stage with a lot of energy with the goal of winning over a crowd. But tonight I felt that we started the show a bit flat-footed. Fortunately, the crowd was very supportive from the start and in short order THEY won over US. Things really didn't get as ape-shit crazy as our last trip to Rooters, but once things got rolling it was pretty cool. One thing is for sure, there were as many beautiful women on the dance floor as I've ever seen; a fact not lost on the slew of male onlookers gathered on the upper level. When it came time for some birthday spankings at least a dozen fine ladies came up on stage claiming to be celebrating birthdays. Now, doing the math, we figure that either some of them were lying or we have gained a reputation as a "birthday band". Frankly, we don't care why. It was a great addition to the show. Overall, it was a very Good Friday indeed. - Josh Were you at this show? Would you like to comment on it? Teri: "I give A Rebel yell out to Cherry Pie as they leaving me wanting More More More! I vote them No.1 for the WAMI! Still made me dance hotter than last time their at Rooters. I vote Shane for the All-Time sexiest smile Ever!" Pamaro: "What an incredible concert!! You are all quite the showmen and seem to genuinely enjoy what you do!! You all have exceptional talent and i so enjoy watching and singing along with you guys!!!! Its so great to go to a concert where you know all the songs! Can't wait to see you guys again!! Keep Rockin'!!!" bittersweeteus: "I had a great time! Although the night started out slow, it ended up being worth while staying til the end. And even though John hurt his hand, he carried on the rest of show. He kicked ass! It's always worth while going to the shows no matter how they end up, because the band still rocks!" Marlena: "My sister Jerrilynn, and one of my best friends, Linda, and I had one of the best times ever, with you guys at Rooters! Thanks for playing such awesome music! We LOVE it!" |
