A Word from Josh: Our new bass player Chris has played a lot in the Wisconsin music scene for more than a decade so he is largely familiar with the same circuit of live venues that the rest of us are. However, it turns out that he had never been to the Club Tavern before. I enjoyed seeing his initial reaction to the unusual layout of the room. We came into tonight pleased with the recent news that we had won some awards as a top band in both Milwaukee and Madison. This fact felt ironic shortly before showtime as the Club Tavern felt largely empty. But a late-arriving crowd filled things up pretty quickly as the 80s Rock started thumping. In true Madison-style, the supportive audience made Chris's first-ever Club Tavern experience a very good one. -Josh Were you at this show? Would you like to comment on it? : "" |
