A Word from Josh:
Another Wednesday at the Lube, but tonight was extra special because it was our first gig with our new bass player. Now, Chris "Kase" Villand had played with us once before, filling in for Dann at a biker gig up in Manitowoc back on April 26, so I guess you could say he's not "completely new" but this was his first show as a official member. He played great. But even more notably, this guy has a vocal range on him that we didn't even appreciate until very recently. It's making a definite difference on some of our harmonies as he is now singing some high parts with his full voice that I or Dann used to sing falsetto. Welcome to The Pie Kase. Overall we had a good show and the crowd was great, especially after the sun went down. It's fun to share our evolution as a band with our friends and fans. It's a very exciting time for us and we are looking forward to the future as much as ever.     --Josh
