A Word from Josh:
The vibe of this show took a while to develop. Rather tame early on, the crowd grew larger and less inhibited very gradually during the first set and, by the mid-point of the night, we had ourselves a Pie show. The big news tonight was the impending nuptials of one of our longest-standing fans Stef who began seeing the band on a regular basis over ten years ago. She will be getting married this Friday and we are very happy for her. And, unlike many other people we know, we feel confident that her change in marital status will not prevent her from attending future Cherry Pie shows at least in part because her husband-to-be Mike is a cool member of the local music scene himself. Best wishes to you both and thank you for celebrating with us Stef.     --Josh

VOICES FROM THE CROWD:
Were you at this show?
Would you like to comment on it?

Julie:
"Thanks for getting Stefanie up on stage for her last weekend as a single woman!"

Stefanie:
"Thanks guys. Couldn't think of a better way to celebrate my last weekend as a single lady then to get my drink on with my favorite band.
Much love to all. :-)"

K:
"We had so much fun, we may become groupies"

Bittersweeteus:
"What a beautiful day this was to help bring in the changing of the seasons when the trees change into beautiful colors to accentuate the blue sky. And the best way to close this day is to, party with the PIE! The geat mood of the day was continued with the rocking sounds of CherryPie. Tonight these guys put on one roof raising, off the wall performance. They were stoked and played with strength and thunderous energy. And John, who possesses that fabulous smile and a physique and charisma that's intoxicating, brought the house down with the way he sang each and every song. This was one hard rocking show. Each set was full of songs that were well diversified and appeased to any kind of rocker. I have to say, this was one show to put in the "Book of Heavey Metal"!! As for the new songs, I like some of them but a couple are not really CherryPie style."

sue:
"Hate the new songs. get back to rock"

Kyle:
"My ex wife was at the show. Was very ackward. I wish her the best."
