A Word from Frankie:
This entry will be entitled: "ALL iN tHE nAME oF, ALL iN tHE nAME oF rOCK!"

I'm titling it because that's what RIPON people do, THEY ROCK! This show felt like a mini Summerfest. sEXY ladies walking in every direction... Great food everywhere! Cold, thirst quenching bEER, LiVE mUSIC, more sEXY LADIES, and yes, just plain gOOD times! I was throughly impressed with the gianormis (alot of people use that word when they describe me) stage, which enabled us to use extra risers to rock out on. Dave was moving so much I thought he got bit by a snake and was looking for someone to suck out the poison. The biggest surprise of the evening came when we had guest vocalist Jason Mansmith sing Crazy TRAIN. AWESOME job by the way! it was a surprise because no one informed me we were playing crazy TRAIN, so it definitely sounded interesting when i started Rebel Yell... tHANKS shane! hey, what's rock n roll with out some mess ups?!?!? oh yeah, it's sampled music! so my favorite part of the show was the end when the DAVE and the JOSH were doing their dualing guitar performance. John and I decided to climb the stage trussing and make shadow puppets with our hands on the trees in the distance... Just like in the movie theater... I must make SPECIAL mention of the stellar job JOHNNY spandex did on his *AHEM* drum rolls for the crowning of MS. Riponfest 2007. I think he definitely gave Shane some chuckles to save for later in life... SO RIPON... Thanks for bringing out the ROCK in us! Let's do it again next year!    -The Trash

VOICES FROM THE CROWD:
Were you at this show?
Would you like to comment on it?

Brooke:
"U guys rocked!!! Keep on Rockin'!!"

Cee Cee:
"Thanks for a great show and wonderful outdoor rock concert experience! Frankie was crazy, climbing on the stage... such an animal! Johnny, you are my hero, singing the crap out of the high notes even after this strenuous week of shows. Josh, I really love the keyboard that you rock on the newly added Boston tune. Dave, as always the guitar lead riffs speak for themselves... PRICELESS! Lastly, Shane... your bass playing and added vocal stylings make the reason we travel all over the countryside to see shows worth it... Thank you for a great summer so far! Ripon was a great venue. To quote,"I had the time of our lives... and it's all because of you!""

CoCo:
"Wow. Two shows in one week. I think I may be getting too old for this! Thanks bunches to Jody for being such a sweetheart and letting us share the "second half" with her. Special recognition should go out to two very talented tatoo artists... my arms looked lovely boys- too bad it DID wash off right away! Oh yeah- nice energy on the stage too! Great time as usual- sorry we couldn't make it to West Bend!"

Bill:
"I thought it would be fun to check out an outdoor show in a small town. I was very impressed with the festival that Ripon puts on. I have never been to Ripon and the experience I had makes me want to come back next year. The people were great and the Pie put on one hell of a show!! See you guys in Fort!"

LissyLu:
"You guys were f-bombin awesome in Ripon! It was great to finally get some music that takes me back to my roots. It was also totally awesome to see my brother rock with you guys again! I scored some awesome pictures too! Rock on \m/"

GUIDO:
"FRANK....MORE COWBELL AND TWIRLING OF THE STIX. Great show, hope your back next year."

Bittersweeteus:
"Here we are at yet another carvnival which is located at the edge of town in a nice park and admidst it all on a stage you will find a well-known and prestige band, CherryPie. Through the heat of the night and what there was of a small breeze, the band entertained the patrons with the way they played those 80's rock songs. And John, with his excellent vocal talent, worked up a sweat that added more heat to the show. It was somewhat of a long drive to get here, but all in all it was well worth it."
