A Word from Josh: Taking the stage, it felt like we were picking up right where we left off November 1 when we last played at Bases Loaded. There were a few more people this time and a great rockin' vibe that accumulated over the course of the evening into a really wild time. Right from the first notes, the front of the stage was lined with beautiful women, some familiar to us, others not. Arriving early were Lisa, Shannon and Suzi, three of the quartet who have come to be known as the "Fondy Four". They were later joined by friends including Jenny, Becky, Shelly and Rachel. Hmmmmmm, the "Fondy Seven"? Sounds good to me. Some old friends came over from Sheboygan to catch the show, Barb, Cathy, Karen and Eric. They met up with Maribeth and Erika who came up from Milwaukee and Eric's fiancée Audrey who was seeing the band for the first time. Also traveling to the show were Jody and Michelle who drew a lot of attention with their sexy antics near the stage, some of which were projected onto our big video screen. Of course plenty more local beauties were contributing to the party including Leah, Maggie Mam and many others whose names I don't know (but I wish I did). Later on, more men got into the act crowding against the stage and pounding their fists into the air to some of the heavier tunes. Then, during the encore, the dam burst and about 40 people came up and joined us on the stage in a bacchanalian orgy of rock and roll. I'm really beginning to like Fond du Lac. - Josh |
