A Word from Josh:
Another good show at the Badger Bowl, where everybody knows my name. Yes, I've lived near the ol' "Badger Bowel" for over ten years and I've become, perhaps, a little TOO familiar with it. But, it has always been very professionally run and it's a great place to play. The crowd was big and very vocal, especially early on before people's voices started getting hoarse. They were also very affectionate which sometimes made it more difficult to play our instruments. This show marked the return of "Looks That Kill" which we hadn't played in over a year. We are now playing it in a lower key which hopefully gives it more impact. Yes, we are all about sounding eeee-vil, ah ha ha ha ha! [evil laugh] I was battling some evil technical problems throughout the night (the "possessed" keyboard a la Rooters three weeks ago). I was able to work around it for the most part, but sometimes I think that maybe I should simplify and just stick to playing the tambourine.     - Josh
