This marked our debut in this wonderfully laid out club which features two levels, each having an excellent view of the stage. We saw many new faces looking down at us from the balcony. Some of the usual suspects in attendance included Tom Birkenmeyer (of course), Stacy Hackl, Sheila Tate, Konnie Wargan, Barb Prueher, Cathy Dorsano, Natalie Loppnow, Lisa Kelm, Kelly McClure, Kelly Pronold, Don Peaslee and Heather Peaslee. Some friends who were seeing the band for the first time included Monica Cohen who was there with her friend Art, a guitar student of mine named Jerry who came out with his wife and a young guitar student of Dave's named Colleen who attended with her Father. I was kinda freaked out by a Bill Clinton look-alike sitting at the bar near my side of the stage. I was afraid that he'd grab up all the babes for himself (Tee Hee). A lighter moment came early on when John invited (forced) a young woman celebrating her bachelorette party up onto the stage. He made pleasant conversation with this very shy woman, asking about her fiancée and how long they'd been dating. "So" said John, "Have the two of you 'done it'?" Off mic she responded with "I would think so," and then quickly followed up with "By the way, my Mom is here!" I love magical moments like that :-) Later on we dedicated a couple of songs to a couple celebrating their 17th Wedding Anniversary. Also, in an effort to please everybody (our goal in life) we responded to some requests with some improvised bits and pieces of "Cat Scratch Fever", "Freebird" and "Stairway to Heaven".    -Josh
