A Word from John: It's been a while since I have done a journal entry for one of our shows. Josh has been very hard at work writing our show reviews and I must say he does an excellent job at it - but he needs a break so I guess I'll take a shot at it. It's been many moons since we played at O'Briens. It has always been a good room for us and has a bar staff that treats us very well. The only drawback is that the room on stage is very limiting so we can't use the big screens and for safety concerns, no pyro. But who cares - we can still rock right?! With an excellent crowd on hand and with the spring temperatures rising, it was oh about 300 degrees in the club and that's the way I like it. The crowd was loud and fun. There was even unconfirmed reports of a young lady running around with no pants! That's right, No Pants! Now that is my kind of place. We have one more Milwaukee show before the WAMI awards and that is at Bamboo Bob's on the 26th; so hopefully we will see everyone there. Until then... peace, love and girls with no pants! - johnny s. |
